Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Products

Plumbing Trade Secrets Design products are made to order. Your order requires production time before it ships. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Available production and delivery estimates are shown on product pages, at checkout, or in your order updates. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Rates & Availability

Available shipping destinations, shipping methods, and charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking may take time to update after a shipping label is created.

Separate Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately because they are produced or fulfilled at different locations. You may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers.

Delivery Delays

Production demand, holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, and customs processing may affect delivery times.

If your order has not arrived, contact info@plumbingtradesecretsdesign.com as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

Shipping Addresses

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins. Orders returned because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed package may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

International Orders

Where international shipping is available, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. Charges collected by our store will be shown at checkout. Other charges may be collected by customs authorities or the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email info@plumbingtradesecretsdesign.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
