Refund & Return Policy

At Plumbing Trade Secrets Design, each product is made to order. Please review product descriptions, size charts, colors, and your shipping information before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or purchasing the wrong item, except where required by applicable law.

If we send an incorrect, damaged, defective, or misprinted item, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact info@plumbingtradesecretsdesign.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:

Your order number.
A description of the problem.
Clear photos of the item and the affected area.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or a refund for the affected item. Please contact us before returning anything; a physical return may not be necessary.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived, contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with our fulfillment and shipping partners.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

Please confirm your delivery address before checkout. Orders returned because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed package may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Because production may begin shortly after checkout, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
